VCR Codenames: It’s Codenames, but with VHS Tapes!

It’s the classic party game, but we’re replacing the word cards with VHS tapes! We’ll provide enough movies, but players are encouraged to bring some of their own to add to the fun!

In VCR Codenames, two teams compete to see who can make contact with all of their agents first. Spymasters give one-word clues that can point to multiple VHS tapes on the board. Their teammates try to guess tapes of the right color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team. And everyone wants to avoid the “assassin tape”, which has not been rewound!

It’s a quick game, so we’ll play multiple rounds to give more players a chance to be the Spymaster. Hope you can join in!
