What precautions are you taking concerning COVID and your Convention?

We are not requiring proof of vaccine.
We are asking attendees to wear face coverings.
We will have plenty of sanitizer and wipes available.

How do I use my Eternal Membership?

Does SCARAB offer any other discounts?

SCARAB does offer other discounts that are only available at the door. You must present your ID or Badge.

Do you offer Day Badges?

Yes! We have decided to allow purchase of day badges on TTE this year.

Friday: $20
Saturday: $25
Sunday: $25

Can I buy a Kids Badges (12 and under) on TableTop.Events (TTE)?

Yes! We are allowing Kids Badges to be purchased on TTE. The minimum we can charge for a badge is $2.00 plus fees as TTE does not allow the purchase of "Free" badges. If you want a truly free Kids badge you can still get them at the door.

How do I get a Top 100 badge?

Sale of the Top 100 badges for SCARAB 2023 will open Sunday at noon on site at the Medallion Center. If there are any Top 100 badges left they will be listed online starting Tuesday on TTE. They are available on a first come first serve biases.

How do I know if I have already purchased a badge to SCARAB?

Log into your TTE account.

While on SCARAB's TTE site go to Attend>Get Your Badge and it will show you what badge(s) you have under your account.

Log into your account the first screen you should see should have a section "Conventions I'm Attending"

If you have a badge to SCARAB it will show up here, along with all other conventions you have or had badges for on TTE.

If you have purchased a SCARAB badge and it does not show up on this screen please contact us via Private Message or email Registration @SCARABcon.com

How do I give a friend or family member a badge for SCARAB I have bought on TTE.

Log into your TTE account. Go to My Account, select Friends from the drop down.

If they are already listed as your friend you just hit the green Give button.

If the person you want to give the badge to is not on your friends list type their name into the Find New Friends field and locate them. Their name will appear under Your Pending Friend Requests. They will have to accept your friends request before you can give them the badge.

I have dietary restrictions, can I bring my own food?

There is a no outside food or drink restriction with our convention space.
Water bottles (with water) are acceptable.
The hotel is currently working on a menu and concessions. We have asked for Diabetic friendly options.

If I want to roll over my badge to next SCARAB what do I need to do?

Please contact us via Private Message or email Registration @SCARABcon.com with your name, email, and the name(s) on the badge(s) you would like to rollover to the next SCARAB.

I am a Top 100 badge holder. If I roll over my badge will I still be a Top 100?

If you roll over your badge to the next SCARAB you will loss your Top 100 benefits. The New SCARAB badge will only be a regular weekend badge.

How do I sign my kid up for games?

You can purchase the Almost Free Kids Badge ahead of time on TTE and use it to sign up your child for games when sign ups open.

You as a badge holder can register for the games for your child. We have set the sign up restrictions to allow kids games to be "double" scheduled with any other game so you are still able to sign up for other games as well.
