Apply to Exhibit and/or Sponsor

Welcome to SaltCON Summer 2026!

If you would like to be an Exhibitor or Sponsor here is the process:

  1. Submit an application
  2. We will review and approve your application.
  3. After we approve your application, you can purchase exhibitor space(s) or sponsorships.
  4. After you select and pay for your exhibitor space or sponsorship, you can register your badges. If you purchased exhibitor space, your badges are attached to your "booth" so you can enter them there. If you purchase a sponsorship that comes with badges, SaltCON will email you a link. NOTE: Not all sponsorships come with badges.

Exhibitor Setup Times:

Thursday evening from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Friday morning from 7 am to 9 am.

Exhibitor Hours:

At SaltCON Summer you set your own hours. We recommend at least 10 am to 6pm.

Exhibitor Spaces:

Each exhibitor space comes with (1) 8ft. x 2ft. Table with tablecloth, (2) Chairs, and (3) full convention badges.

Exhibitor spaces are in the main hallway against the walls. You can see the exhibitor map at the following link.

This area is NOT secured at night, so take your own precautions. SaltCON Utah LLC is not liable for anything left unattended.

The refund deadline is May 1st 2026 at 11:45pm.
