SaltCON Summer 2025

Apply to Exhibit and/or Sponsor

We are thrilled to have you join us as a sponsor or exhibitor! Here is the process:

  1. Submit an application
  2. We will review the applications to verify information, and then approve.
  3. After we approve your application, you can select an exhibitor table or booth. You can See Available Exhibitor Locations HERE
  4. After you select and pay for your booth or table, you can register your badges. Look for the link in your booth information.

Exhibitor Setup Time is Friday morning from 7 am to 9 am.

Your exhibitor space comes with (1) 8ft. x 2ft. Table with tablecloth, (2) Chairs, and (2) full convention badges.

Exhibitor space locations are in the main hallway against the walls. You can see the exhibitor map at the following link. Exhibitor Map

This area is NOT secured at night, so take your own precautions. SaltCON Utah LLC is not liable for anything left unattended.

The refund deadline is May 1st 2025 at 11:45pm.
