Food Policy:

The Davis Conference Center DOES NOT allow any outside food or drink. You will be asked to take any outside food or drink outside of the conference center.

Unattended Belongings Policy:

Please do not leave bags, games and other personal belongings unattended on any tables. Unattended belongings may be collected by SaltCON.

Clear Walkways Policy:

In the main gaming hall, Eclipse A and B, we MUST leave the walkways between tables open for traffic flow. Wagons, carts, strollers, bags etc. must all be on your table, or under your table. If your cart of stroller cannot fit on or under your table then please leave it in the cart/stroller storage area, or do not bring it into the main gaming hall.

Event Hosts Policy:

DO NOT USE SESSIONS!! IT DOESNT WORK HOW YOU ARE USING IT!

Event Hosts must have their Tabletop.events settings set to use their Real Name, and to allow Organizers to see their email address. You can find these setting by clicking on your name in the top right corner, going to My Account, going to Preferences & Settings, and then changing Email to allow Organizers to see email, and under Preferences to have your Real Name displayed on the site. Thank you!
