We running this at Dickens’ Pub’s monthly GAMER SUNDAYS.
We’re hoping to have 4-6 games running at each.
Doors open at 12:00 PM and Games Start at 1:00 PM.
You have a max time of 4 hours with a hard stop time of 5:00 PM.
TTRPGs are our main thing with limited table space for Wargames and Board Games.
New Game Runners are welcome.
New Games other than your Con game are welcome.
We’re raffling off a $50 Sentry Box Gift Card at each of these Gamer Sundays.
We are working on some other prizes to give away too.

HOW TO SUBMIT A GAME?
We have set up a Tabletop Events Site for each GAMER SUNDAY, game submissions are the same as the November Con:
- Just CLICK on the HOST menu,
- then CLICK on SUBMISSIONS
- and fill out the form.
The TTE sites are LIVE and Submissions are OPEN so pick the Gamer Sunday that works for you and submit your games NOW!
Thank you all again for running games for RPGA! We know you put your heart and soul into them and here’s an opportunity to make all that prep work pay out with double the fun!
HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A PLAYER?
TTE has a base fee for Player Badges of $2.00 USD + TTE convenience fee of $1.95 USD (approximately $5.50 CAD). This revenue will be put back into the community and used to pay for the Prize giveaways. You buy the Badge and then you pick a game to play in and GET A TICKET FOR THAT GAME (tickets are $0, its just how this platform works).
HOW TO PICK MY GAME TO PLAY IN?
Start on the Gamer Sunday Tabletop Events page.
CLICK the ATTEND Drop down menu.
CLICK EVENTS SCHEDULE, then scroll and look at the game names, for more information.
CLICK on the GAME NAME, this takes you to the game page where you will see the Game's details, including a short description.
Click on GET BUTTON to get a ticket for that game and it will appear in your Check Out Cart.
COMPLETE the CHECK OUT PROCESS all the way to have those events tickets finalized (remember tickets cost $0, so this check out is just how Tabletop Events is set up). If you don't complete the check out process, your tickets will disappear from your cart in 2 hours and you will lose them.
