RiVirCon™ Board Game Flea Market Guide and Acknowledgement

The Board Game Flea Market is a fun opportunity for RiVirCon™ attendees to offer their games/items for sale and purchase games offered by other attendees.

How it works?

Prior to convention, Sellers label each item for sale using our fillable PDF Seller Game for Sale Form. Maximum of 20 items. Upon arrival at the convention: Sellers drop off their items for sale at the Board Game Flea Market Provide this signed terms and rules acknowledgement Pay the placement fee During the convention prospective Buyers make arrangements with Sellers and conduct transactions using any Seller accepted payment (cash, Venmo, PayPal) Sellers pick up their unsold games when departing the convention

Placement Fee

$0.50 per game placed into the market ($10 max). Maximum of 20 items!

Game Labels

Each game must be labeled with:

• Seller first & last name
• Name of item
• Sale price
• Seller mobile phone number
• Accepted forms of payment (cash, Venmo, PayPal)

Notables

Transactions are between Sellers and Buyers, therefore final prices and forms of payment are up to Sellers and Buyers. RiVirCon recommends people bring cash.

RiVirCon is not responsible for the condition of any item.

RiVirCon has no role in any disputes between Sellers and Buyers.
