Welcome to RiverCityCon 2024

Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at RiverCityCon 2024! Please be aware that we are currently sold out of vendor spaces, and at this time we are only approving applications for Game Demo Tables. The demo tables do NOT come with a space to set up displays, banners, stock, etc.

If you are still interested, please complete and submit this application. We will review it as quickly as possible. If anything is missing, we will let you know.

Vending setup will be available Friday morning, Jan. 12th, but we will email you details closer to the convention with specifics.

Booth Costs/Basic Info

Game Demo Table - $30 + tax and fees, comes with 2 x 6 table and chairs. You can post a small sign on your table promoting your game, but no tall banners allowed. You will need to purchase a weekend badge too.

This is the only option we still have available this year. Since it is our first time in this space, we will not have vendors picking their spot in case we make changes to how many vendors spaces we will have or we make a change to the setup.
