General Information:

The General Use tables are the the main part of the space. The following information applies to their use.

We have heard your feedback that: "Getting into a game is too chaotic!" and "Players want to play the game but don't know when I'll be running it."

As a result, we are trying something new this year with some of the tables.

Table Cycling

• There will be a clock near the registration desk with a countdown timer.
• The timer will refresh every 3 hours.
• At the 2-hour mark, the color will go from Green to Yellow.
• At the 2-hour and 30-minute mark, the color will go from Yellow to Red.

What this means to you:

• Be at a table and ready to go at the start of the cycle.
• When the timer goes yellow, start winding down the current game and start collecting feedback.
• When the timer goes red, you should be packing up and preparing to leave the table for the next designer.
