Evil Medieval

A worker placement game where resistance is feudal!

Each player is the representative of a noble family in a bustling medieval town. The town lies on the kingdom’s border and many times finds its inhabitants fending for themselves. Hardships abound as players endure special events and vie with other players who want what is thought to be theirs. Who will succeed in making worthy accomplishments, profitable alliances, and ultimately gaining the victory?

Evil Medieval is a worker placement game. Play is engaging with very little down time. The game board and town building project cards offer a plethora of placement zones for players’ bid markers. If there is already a bid marker where a player wishes to place, that player may pay to displace the previously placed marker. Displacement is at a growing cost and is limited. Points are earned through gaining population cubes and then competing for what those population types can produce. The scoring mechanic is a cumulative means to the end. Special event cards are the crux for besieging the evil on this medieval town.
