We offer artisan booths located in the lobby, with single and double booths available inside the main hall for exhibitors.
Artisan Booth: $30
- 8'x10' space, includes exhibitor 2 badges
Single Booth: $80
- 10'x10' space, includes 2 exhibitor badges
Double Booth: $160
- 20'x10' space, includes 3 exhibitor badges
Once your application is submitted it will go to review for approval. Upon approval you will receive an email notification with links to purchase a booth and/or sponsorship. You must purchase a booth to guarantee your space.
Polar Vortex currently has no policy regarding MSRP stores and we have no issue with vendors discounting. While we do require vendors to follow manufacturer's M.A.P. policies, we ask vendors not to undercut other vendors discounts.
Each level of sponsorship offers several marketing vehicles to help promote your business and showcase your support to our attendees in making Polar Vortex 2024 possible.
Sponsorships may be in the form of financial support, product support, or a combination of both for our YETI, TUNDRA GIANT, and FROST DRAGON levels.
Our top two levels also include your logo—or other visual marketing material—on a large banner recognizing you as a major Polar Vortex sponsor displayed prominently at the entrance to the main hall.
