EXHIBITORS

We offer artisan booths, and single booths available for exhibitors.

Polar Vortex currently has no policy regarding MSRP stores and we have no issue with vendors discounting. While we do require vendors to follow manufacturer's M.A.P. policies, we only ask vendors not to undercut other vendors discounts.

SPONSORSHIP

Each level of sponsorship offers several marketing vehicles to help promote your business and showcase your support to our attendees in making Polar Vortex 2022 possible.

Sponsorships may be in the form of financial support, product support, or a combination of both for our YETI, TUNDRA GIANT, and FROST DRAGON levels.

All sponsorships include the following:

• your logo featured on all sponsor lists—both print and digital
• an ad in our program guide
• your logo—or other visual marketing material—to showcase your company’s sponsorship of a table(s) within a section of the convention most ideal for your business.

Our top two levels also include your logo—or other visual marketing material—on a large banner recognizing you as a major Polar Vortex sponsor displayed prominently at the entrance to the main hall.

The sections available for table sponsorships are:

• Board and Card Games:
  each table seats 4 to 6 players. There are 30 tables in this section.
• Tabletop Miniatures Games:
  each table accommodates 2 to 4 players each. There are 32 tables in this section.
• Tabletop RPGs:
  each table seats 4 to 8 players. There are 24 tables in this section.

Product support can be designated for the following use:

• Charity Auction supporting the American Cancer Society
• Board Game Library.
• Play-and-Win.
• Paint-and-Take.
• Event Prize Support.
• Allow convention organizers to determine the best placement for your brand.

The sooner commitment and support is received, the sooner we can begin marketing your company to our community!
