EXHIBITORS

This year we're virtual only and have Discord channels available which include a chat and voice channel. While these channels are available all weekend long you are free to post hours specifying when you will be online. As there is a 2 hour gap between slots every day we recommend being available between 2 - 4pm. If you could also offer a video chat option for attendees that would be ideal as then you can interact with guests and show off your wares!

We are asking $20 for a virtual 'booth' for this year's con.

Polar Vortex currently has no policy regarding MSRP stores and we have no issue with vendors discounting. While we do require vendors to follow manufacturer's M.A.P. policies, we only ask vendors not to undercut other vendors discounts.
