Thank you for your interest in being part of the Merchant Hall at OrcaCon 2025. OrcaCon will be held January 10th-12th, 2025 at the DoubleTree Seattle Airport, in SeaTac, WA.

The OrcaCon Merchant Hall is a juried room and we reserve the right to select Merchants who we feel are a good fit. We will review each application since we have limited space and we wish for a variety of local shops and artisans items offered for sale that fit within our goal of an inclusive and welcoming environment. OrcaCon also reserves the right to prohibit the sale of certain items in the Merchant Hall including, but not limited to, non-licensed, pirated, or mature/graphic material.

All tables and booths must be ADA accessible.

All merchants are required to comply with Washington State and City of Seatac business license requirements.

OrcaCon 2025 Merchant Hall rates:

• 8'x8' Merchant Booth - includes one 6' table and 1 full weekend Merchant badge: $150.00
• 10'x10' Merchant Booth - includes two 6' tables and 2 full weekend Merchant badges: $300.00
• Additional Merchant badges may be purchased for $50.00 each.

Electricity is available in the room and there is no additional cost, however there is no guarantee there will be an outlet near each booth space. Merchants must provide their own extension cords.

Subletting of table space is PROHIBITED.

Merchant badges include full attendee access to the convention.

OrcaCon 2025 Merchant Hall hours:

• Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM to 4 PM

Applications must be submitted by Sept 01, 2024. Acceptance/denial letters will be emailed out to you by September 18, 2024 with instructions on completing your registration. All dealers will have until October 27, 2024 to remit their payment and reserve their tables.
