Opportunity Attacks 2019 is in the books. Thanks goes out to everyone who attended and made this the best of the two so far. Thank you Dungeon Masters, thanks to the attendees and thanks to the Vendors!

Friday hours update

Tabletop Events lists the starting time of the convention as starting at 9am. This is a glitch that we can not get changed. Events start at 6pm. Registration should be open by 4pm.

CCC Author Andrew Bishkinskyi

Did you know that Andrew Bishkinskyi, the author of our first Convention Created Content module "When Mages Fall" will be at Opportunity Attacks?

Andrew will be running several slots for us including the Premier of "When Mages Fall" a session of Lost Tales of Myth Drannor (a&b) and an Author Preview of a CCC that will be premiering two weeks before Opportunity Attacks. It is a Tier 2 adventure and we can not name the adventure yet until after July 5th.

Badge Sales

Badge sales are live!

We will have only one badge type initially. That will be the weekend badge. This year the badge price will be $50 and include the cost of all events you will attend along with a TBA Epic and the Premier of our first CCC "When Mages Fall" by Andrew Bishkinskyi. This will give you access to Fai Chen and the vendors we will have at the convention.

As the show date get closer we will most likely open up a Saturday and Sunday only badges. But initially we are giving our priority to weekend badges.

Badge Refund Policy Another new thing unfortunately is that we will not be able to offer refunds for badges. If you are unsure if you can attend hold off getting a badge.

We will offer you the chance to transfer your badge to another person or get credit for next year.

Two other badges will be available but they are for our vendors and Dungeon Masters.

We at Opportunity Attacks want to make sure that we have an event that is fun and safe for everyone. We have an Attendance/Code of Conduct page that all attendees and volunteers must follow. Please read our Code of Conduct

About Us

In 2017 we started running D&D Adventurers League game days at Fair Game in Downtown Downers Grove. After several events it was apparent that we needed more room as the store space had gotten small for our growing group of players. We mulled around the idea of having a game day or convention the following year.

We took the opportunity to expand our horizons and jumped at the chance to do something on our own. We had numerous starts and stops and other hiccups along the way but eventually we managed to get a date in the summer of 2018 and the rest is history.

After a successful inagural convention in 2018 we decided to use our reaction too make another Opportunity Attacks 2019 happen.

Opportunity Attacks is being held at the Sheraton of Lisle Naperville.
