Angle of Attack: Airship Combat in Alt 1948 Sat 2
It is 1948 in this alternate universe, World War II ended prematurely, and the world is split between new political and ideological lines. With recent leaps in technology, the battles of World War III are fought in the skies with state-of-the-art armored and armed airships as marauding bands of fighter-bomber and interceptor aircraft dogfight amongst the flying giants. With the US splitting into three warring factions, it is up to you to take command of either the rugged R.O.T. Navy task force or the more numerous and advanced Colonies' Navy task force. With cruisers, destroyers, and frigate ships at your disposal, as well as supporting squadrons of fighter bombers, it is up to you to secure the skies.
