Sketching is a very helpful approach to the creative process: making long painting sessions more purposeful, helping to avoid mistakes and solving a lot of issues with picking up color schemes. If you'd like to better understand what you're actually doing with your miniatures and make the whole painting process easier to understand, sketching may be for you!
