Welcome returning attendees!

There are a few key things to cover to help you have the best attendee experience.

2020 Credit

If you opted to take store credit when the 2020 NOVA Open was canceled, you will receive that credit in the form of a personalized discount code for use in your TTE registration. You should receive your individual code in an email from customerservice@novaopen.com no later than Tuesday, March 29. If you did not receive an email and believe you had store credit please contact customerservice@novaopen.com.

YOUR CODE IS VALID FOR ONE USE

If you do not use all of the amount and would like to get a new code for the remainder, please contact customer service.

Key Changes in Tabletop.Events (TTE)

Badges vs. Tickets

Tickets are tied to a specific badge ID. Generally you will have only one badge, but if you have several day passes just be aware that you can only purchase tickets for events on days you have badges.

Multi-day events

You will see now that multi-day events have multiple "events" listed in the store (e.g. 40k GT (Day 1), 40k GT (Day 2), 40k GT (Day 3) ). The Day 1 ticket is the only one that matters! The other days are there so that the schedule shows correctly. You are welcome to add subsequent days to your schedule if you have a Day 1 ticket.

Buying badges for other people

Badges/Tickets for friends You are allowed to purchase badges for you and your friends on your TTE account. Please review the Friend system for purchasing and giving badges and tickets to your friends.

No store credit

TTE does not have a "store credit" feature. Instead badges and tickets may be refunded up until the refund deadline (minus the original transaction fee). Attendees may also transfer a badge and all its tickets to another TTE user. Please be aware if you choose to transfer your badge NOVA Open cannot help recover your badge! Please exercise caution and see the Friend system documentation.

Wait lists are different!

VERY IMPORTANT: In TTE there is a feature labeled as a "Wait List" but this is NOT the same as in the old NOVA Open store. Joining the "Wait List" just means that you (and everyone else!) will be notified if any additional tickets become available. There is no order of wait list and any new tickets added are on a first come, first serve basis.
