Welcome to Newberg Game Con, the town's first board game convention!
We are sold out for Saturday!
We look forward to bringing together board game beginners, enthusiasts, and developers for a fun and exciting weekend of gaming and socializing. Our event is kid friendly!
To attend the Newberg Game Con, all you need to do is register online. By registering, you will secure your spot at the convention and receive a badge to access the convention hall, as well as exclusive perks at local businesses.
Bring your own or borrow one of the games we have available to use at the convention! Schedule a game or join a pickup game at the convention. Lots of options!
After registering for the convention, join the Discord server where you'll gain access to our ad hoc scheduling spreadsheet (which includes the games below).
Dedicated tables/spaces will also be available to play the following games, many of which we are prepared to teach to first-timers (stay tuned as this list is expanding):
Expansions Games is our official convention game vendor!
All Saturday registrants are automatically entered to win a game package consisting of (slightly used) Settlers of Catan, Seafarers of Catan, Fishermen of Catan, and Catan Event Cards
And all Sunday registrants are automatically entered to win Botanik!
Show your badge at the local vendors during the convention days.
Stay tuned for additional local food vendors with discounts for convention attendees.
Registration will open on March 1 and close on April 19 (but space is limited!). The registration fee is $5 per day for both attendees and vendors/exhibitors. There are a limited number of free spots for George Fox University students; please contact Phyllis Hartle, hartlep@georgefox.edu, for a discount code.
We have very limited space available, so don't wait too long to register!
By registering, you agree to adhere to the Newberg Game Con Code of Conduct.
