Mythic Con returns for 2025!

We are returning for our third Mythic Con event in Charlotte on November 7-9, 2025! Keep an eye out on this page for more information on registration, hotel accommodations, GameMaster submissions, and more!

GameMaster Submissions will open in August 2025!

When submitting your games, please remember:

• If you are planning to run 12+ hours of games over the course of the weekend, DO NOT purchase a badge. A free GameMaster badge will be issued to you.
• New Part-time GM policy: If you are unsure whether you will be running 12 or more hours, you MUST purchase a Mythic Con Full Access badge. If you already purchased another badge type, please email gaming@mythiccon.games or follow these instructions to convert your badge to a Mythic Con Full Access badge.
• Refer to the Event Submission Guidelines for more information!

Important Dates

• If you are a full-time GameMaster and want to have access to early game registration, submit your games no later than September 20th, 2025.
• Early game ticket sales for volunteers and full-time GameMasters open on September 27th, 2025.
• General game ticket sales open on October 4th, 2025.

Remember that if you are a returning Mythic Con attendee, save your old badge and bring it with you to registration to get your next level sticker! (This year's Mythic Con is the 6th event that we have run, so if you went to all of our previous events, you could be level 6!)

Level 5 attendees get a free premium lanyard and hologram sticker!

Note: You MUST bring your Level 4 badge in order to reach level 5 and get your rewards!
