Please read all terms and conditions before signing up for a vendor space, there are 3 different types of tables and placement this year. If you have any questions, please send us an email at mountainmaniacon@gmail.com before submitting.

Game vendors, crafters, dice vendors, makers, authors, game designers and developers, etc. are all welcome to apply :)

We will NOT accept any applications for vendors selling anything AI Generated, mass produced 3D printing products, or any product that is harmful to our diverse and inclusive community.

The best way to show us what you make is to include a website or social media account we can review, if you do not have that please feel free to send photos of your items to us at mountainmania@gmail.com.

All vendor spaces will be charged a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit. All cancellations require a 30 day notice in order to receive your deposit back. Deposits are refunded on Friday April 30, 2027 upon Vendor check-in. Refunds will be processed back to the card they were purchased on.
