ModCon 2026

Welcome to ModCon!

ModCon is a one-day roleplaying convention located in the Smith College Conference Center in beautiful Northampton, Massachusetts.

This is the opening year of New England's only modern-themed roleplaying convention!

What is a modern-themed RPG? It's any game set in the 20th or 21st century.

ModCon is more than just games, its networking with many of local gaming personalities. Game designers and publishers will be on site along with other convention organizers to talk with on our scenic Overlook porch area.

Event Submissions is open now until April 4th 2026.

Badge Registration will open January 10th 2026.

Event Registration will open March 1st 2026.

Gamemasters will have their badge cost reduced by $8 per game they run at ModCon.
