It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of Midwinter Gaming Convention 2021.
As of this morning (11/30/2020) we have been released from our contract with the Hilton through Force Majeure due to the current mandates in the city. While we were confident in holding a safe and responsible show, the current capacity limits of 10 people in a room prevents us from having a successful show. Because there is no end date for this mandate, we are moving forward with the cancellation and will return with Midwinter Gaming Convention 2022.
You, our Exhibitors, our GMs, our Guests, are the reason we have pushed through these last few months. Your words of encourangement and support have meant the world to us.
All previously purchased badges will be automatically rolled over to the 2022 show. To that end, as we are also a small business that understands financial crisis, should you need a full refund of your badge we will accommodate.
Please let us know by December 31st which direction you would like to take, or do nothing and know your badge is automatically rolled over. Thank you so much for staying with us, and being such amazing partners to our show. Be well and we will meet again in person in 2022.
