. Due to the high demand for vendor space, MidSouthCon uses an application format to select our vendors. Potential Vendors should fill out the application below. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee space. Application deadline is December 17th. We will review the applications and select vendors so that we have a diverse mix of merchandise for our attendees. For this reason, you should list the types of items you intend to bring. Any items not included in this list will be subject to approval by MSC and may not be allowed if not included in original application.
Once we receive your application, we may be reaching out to you with questions or clarifications regarding your needs or requests. Failure to respond to that email could get you moved to the waitlist.
If you are approved, you will receive an email that includes which booth(s) you've received and a link back to this site where you will be able to provide payment and select desired options. You will register for badges at this time. If you do not respond by the due date, we will move on to the next name on our list.
Our Dealer’s Room is in the main ballroom and has set hours and is secured when closed. Your booth must be open for business during ALL open hours of the Dealers Room. If you have special requests, please include that in your application notes.
Artist Alley spaces are in a hallway near the Dealer’s room. There are no set hours for Artist Alley, and it is not secured. Artist booths are for creators producing things such as (but not limited to) paintings, comic/game art, prints, and for authors & publishing groups. This is a special opportunity to get more flexible facetime and interaction with fans and customers.
Applying for the wrong location could delay your acceptance as a vendor. Please reach out with questions if you are not sure where to apply.
Due to a shortage of space this year, please be advised that applicants will be limited to a maximum of 2 booth spaces for 2026.
All booths include 1 comped full weekend badge and 2 free vendor only badges.

You can upgrade your Vendor Room Only helper badges to full weekend badges at a discounted rate:
Adult Memberships $40.00 each.
Child Memberships (under 12) $20.00 each.
