MEPACON 51 (Fall 2026)

In space, no one can hear you roll. . .

For millenia, humans have looked to the stars for prognostication, navigation, and a deeper understanding of the universe we live in.

This year at MEPACON 51, as we play our tabletop games, we will celebrate the beings that come from other stars.

November 13-15, join us at the Delta by Marriott Allentown/Lehigh Valley to play a variety of board games, card games, RPGs, LARPs, miniatures games, and more. Join in our alien themed costume and coloring contests on Saturday! Show off the extra terrestrial miniatures you've painted! Playtest with Break my Game! Win games in Play-to-Win! Check out games from our board game library hosted by The Bodhana Group! Join in our live games auction!

GM Information

NEW PROCESS! For details, click here. All events must be submitted by Friday, September 18th.

GMs who run 12 or more hours of games will receive a free badge the week of September 20th and a free T-shirt at the con. Games can be scheduled from Friday at 2pm through Sunday at 6pm, with a break on Saturday from 6-8pm for our MEPACON Main Event!

Those wishing to judge for organized campaigns and miniatures games, please email our Director of Gaming, Erik Zane at gaming@mepacon.com. All others can submit their games through this TTE site.

Important Dates

• Game submissions close Friday, September 18.
• Game signups (ticket sales) open at noon on: Friday, September 25 (VIP and Patreon), Friday, October 9 (Early Bird and GMs), Friday, October 16 (all badge holders). Make sure you check out for free and get a confirmation email!
• Hotel block closes on Tuesday, October 13.
• MEPACON Merch pre-orders close Monday, October 20.
• Refunds are available until Thursday, November 5. After November 5, you can request to roll your badge to a future convention by emailing us at admin@mepacon.com.
• Pre-registration for badges ends at midnight Thursday, November 12.
• Gaming begins at 2pm on Friday, November 13!

Vendors

Vendor applications are open until August 7, 2026 with notification within 2 weeks. To apply to be a Vendor, please fill out the vendor application form.

Vendor spaces are $200 for a ~10'x10' space with a large table, small table, two chairs, and two badges. Space is limited! For questions, email vendors@mepacon.com. Electricity is provided, but we recommend bringing your own power strip.

Code of Conduct

MEPACON wants you to have a great convention. Purchasing a badge or registering to run games means that you have read and have accepted our Code of Conduct. Not following the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the convention without refund.
