Board Gamers and RPG Enthusiasts,

Imagine this: you've just spent an hour rolling dice, moving pieces, and strategizing. You've barely scratched the surface of that epic campaign, tackled a few challenges, and maybe even scored a minor victory. You’re feeling the thrill, the camaraderie... and then it’s time to stop. One hour is simply not enough. It's like reading just one chapter of a thrilling book or watching just the first episode of an epic series. You’re left wanting more, your curiosity piqued, your potential for greatness untapped.

Now, picture this instead: 48 glorious hours (or as close as we can get) of tabletop gaming.

So, let’s gear up, get comfortable, and embark on this epic tabletop gaming journey together. Prepare for a marathon of fun, excitement, and achievement. Let’s prove that when it comes to gaming, more is truly better!

GM Information

We are always looking for GMs to run games at our convention. GMs who run 12 or more hours of games are eligible for a free badge and a T-shirt. Saturday morning and afternoon is near to completely full in our main gaming space for Board/Card games and RPGs. Events starting between 9 AM and 3 PM on Saturday might not be approved

On Saturday, from 6 p.m to 8 p.m., we have our Big Event, where we announce contest winners (e.g., coloring contest, cosplay contest), tricky tray winners, and the dice guess winner, then hold an auction. We will not schedule games during that time.

Those wishing to judge for organized campaigns (Pathfinder Society, Starfinder Society, D&D Adventurers League, Shadowrun, etc.) and miniatures games (Star Wars, Star Trek, BattleTech, etc.), email our Director of Gaming, Erik Zane at gaming@mepacon.com.

Registration Dates

Game submission is open now until midnight Friday, March 14, 2025. Player registration is open now until Midnight Thursday, April 3, 2025. We'll print badges about a week before the start of the convention. If you register after we print, you might have to write your name on a "blank." As always, full weekend badges can be bought at the door for $75.

Game signups (ticket sales) for VIP badge holder and Patreon patrons will open at noon on Friday, January 10, 2025. Game signups for early-bird badge purchasers and complimentary GM badges will open on Friday, January 24, 2025. Game signups for all other badge holders will open at noon on Friday, February 7, 2025.

Full refunds will be available up until midnight Thursday, March 28, 2025. After that time, we will gladly roll badges over to a future convention. Please contact admin@mepacon.com with any registration questions.

PLEASE NOTE: Gaming begins at 2 PM on Friday!

Vendors/Exhibitors

Vendor applications are open until January 10th, 2025 To apply to be a Vendor, please fill out the vendor application form.

Vendor tables are $150 for a 10x10 table with two badges. Game Designers who are not selling their game yet but want a dedicated demo table are $90. Space is limited, so be sure to get your applications in by filling out the application form!

Code of Conduct

MEPACON wants you to have a great convention. However, purchasing a badge or registering to run games means that you have read, and have accepted, both our Code of Conduct. Not following the Code of Conduct can result in removal from the convention, without refund.
