We also have a block with the Hampton Inn & Suites right next door! Both hotels are owned by the same group, so we were able to set up a small block there as well. They have all the same amenities (pool is indoor), but the rate is $140. If you want to book at the Hampton, here's the link!

Remember that game?

You know the one, that game that we all played for hours and hours and hours. It had the dice, the pieces, I think there was a board and maybe some cards, but maybe not. . . Yeah, that's the one. Join us for MEPACON 46, where we honor the games that we played when we were younger (or even still do). Maybe it's out of print, maybe it's on its 50th edition, but nothing can take away the enjoyment that came from playing that game gone by.

GM Information

We are always looking for GMs to run games at our convention. GMs who run 12 or more hours of games are eligible for a free badge and a T-shirt.

On Saturday, from 6 p.m to 8 p.m., we have our Big Event, where we announce contest winners (e.g., coloring contest, cosplay contest), tricky tray winners, and the dice guess winner, then hold an auction. We will not schedule games during that time.

Those wishing to judge for organized campaigns (Pathfinder Society, Starfinder Society, D&D Adventurers League, Shadowrun, etc.) and miniatures games (Star Wars, Star Trek, BattleTech, etc.), email our Director of Gaming, Erik Zane at gaming@mepacon.com.

Registration Dates

Game submission is open now until midnight Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Player registration is open now until Midnight Wednesday, April 10, 2024. We'll use the time between closing online reg to formalize badge and event sheet printing. Full weekend badges can be bought at the door for $65.

Ticket sales for early-bird badge purchasers and Patreon patrons of the appropriate tiers will open at noon on Friday, February 9, 2024. Ticket sales for all other badge holders will open at noon on Friday, February 23, 2024.

Full refunds will be available up until midnight Thursday, April 11, 2024. After that time, we will gladly roll badges over to a future convention. Please contact admin@mepacon.com with any registration questions.

Vendors/Exhibitors

Vendor applications are now closed. With the high volume of vendor applications, all spaces have been filled with a waitlist. Please feel free to apply again for the Fall! To apply to be a Vendor, please go to the Exhibitors/Sponsors page and fill out the application. Vendor tables are $150 for a 10x10 table with two badges. Game Designers who are not selling their game yet but want a dedicated demo table are $90. Space is limited, so be sure to get your applications in!

Code of Conduct/COVID-19 Policy

MEPACON wants you to have a great convention. However, purchasing a badge or registering to run games means that you have read, and have accepted, both our Code of Conduct, and our COVID-19 policy. Not following the Code of Conduct or our COVID-19 policy can result in removal from the convention, without refund.
