Here are the benefits associated with the different types of exhibitor space.

Vendor:

1. One table space (10' x 6'). Some tables are available on site.
2. Two Full Weekend passes to MEPACON. These passes allow gaming at any MEPACON games (though some events may have additional fees, which are not covered).
3. A link to your company's website on the MEPACON website and an advertisement in our program and on social media.
4. If you reserve two or more table spaces, the table cost is $110/table. Select 3 spaces and contact us for availability of more.

Game Designer:

1. A table to accommodate your game(s) and necessary players.

2. One Full Weekend Pass to MEPACON. These passes allow gaming at any MEPACON games (though some events may have additional fees, which are not covered).
