Though our normal venue is a the Mountain Laurel Resort and Spa, we are going to be virtual for this event. Most of our events will be running on our Discord server.

Rooms are $116.18 for a standard, $165.23 for a one-bedroom suite, and $231.91 for a two-bedroom suite. These prices include all taxes and fees.

Even though we reference our venue, this event will be virtual. Hopefully, this will be the last one that we are having virtually, but we will have to make those decisions based on how we can keep our staff and attendees safe.

GM Information

We are always looking for GMs to run games at our convention. GMs who run 12 or more hours of games are eligible for a free badge and a T-shirt. Other GM perks are developing, so come back to see if there are any changes!

Those wishing to judge for organized campaigns (Pathfinder, D&D Adventurers League, Shadowrun, etc.) and miniatures games (Star Wars, Star Trek, BattleTech, etc.), email our Director of Gaming, Erik Zane at gaming@mepacon.com.

Those wishing to GM a round of Artemis, contact Amanda Shafer at artemis@mepacon.com.

Registration Dates

Pre-paid badges are available now.

Game submission for GMs is open from now until Friday, April 15, 2021.

Player registration and ticket sales will open on March 1, 2021.

Full refunds will be available up until 11:59 on April 12, 2021. Please contact admin@mepacon.com with any registration questions.
