Meeple Peak will be held in Carson City, Nevada, at the Fuji Exhibition Hall, conveniently located near Hwy 395/I-580 & Hwy 50, with free parking and a beautiful park for when you need to step out and get some fresh air. The space is a 6,840 sq. ft. multi-use facility that can accommodate up to 500 people. The Courtyard by Marriott, Carson City, and Comstock Country RV Resort are located within minutes, along with ample choices for food (In-N-Out, Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, and many more).

This year there are two ways that you can get a free weekend badge through the volunteer program!

First, you can volunteer four hours at the library/pre-registration desk. You will be checking games out and back in at the library and handing out badges to people who have pre-registered. Training will be provided.

Second, you can sign up to teach six hours worth of board games over the weekend. It can be one big game or several smaller games. You won’t be playing, you’ll be there to answer any questions and help out as needed. You can bring the game or you can choose one of the many games in the Meeple Peak library.

The policy for COVID.

masking.jpg

Masking is now optional for all open gaming but the people running board game events have the choice if they want people to wear a mask during their game. I highly encourage everyone to be fully vaccinated but it is not mandatory to attend. If you are feeling sick the weekend of the convention, please stay home. I also ask that you refrain from criticizing or passing judgment on people's personal masking choices. Harassment of any kind will NOT be tolerated. If the infection rate changes, the masking policy will also change.
