Clash of Eagles,1879: Bloody Big Battles Meets Kriegspiel

This game presents a speculative clash between Austria and Russia in the wake of the Russo-Turkish War. Two roughly equal forces (three corps each) will converge and maneuver across the Koniggratz Kriegspiel Map, combining elements of a mini campaign and an operational large scale battle. Each player will control a corps. This game will be played using "Bloody Big Battles" rules at the half scale with kriespiel blocks and Ed M's kriegspiel apparatus on the Koniggratz Kriegspiel map.
