Butterfly Space Rescue Card Game and NASA GLOBE RPG
Butterfly Space Rescue is a card game created by Long Island local artist, writer and creator Joseph Munisteri. It is a 5 minute gameplay card game that he also competed with and integrated with NASA and GLOBE Protocol data during the 2024 NASA SPACE APPS CHALLENGE HACKATHON. Joe would love to Demo both his card game and his RPG at the LI TABLETOP EXPO. The card game is similar to Pokémon or Magic the Gathering meets Go Fish with a 5 minute gameplay, while the RPG is a free to play game focused on Educational by taking photos fo Clouds, trees and other environmental data and teaching people how to submit data to NASA's GLOBE Program Database as a Citizen Scientist with an emphasis on education, the scientific method, RPG Storytelling and helping the environment while also inspiring new generations of Citizen scientists. Joe is also doing an open call for Artist and card creator submissions for the games future expansion sets.
