LexiCon 2025 Tabletop Gaming Convention

Apply to Exhibit

Welcome to LexiCon 2025!

Vending sales are open

Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at LexiCon 2025! Please complete and submit the application at the bottom of the page, and we will review it as quickly as possible. If anything is missing, we will let you know what we will need from you to approve the application.

.

If you are hoping to get two booths and there are not any side-by-side still available, feel free to reach out and we will see what we can work out for you.

.

Any food and/or beverage sales need to be approved before hand, as all sales of this kind need to be cleared by the Convention Center...NO EXCEPTIONS.

.

We are doing something different with the Game Demo Tables this year. Instead of just a table, we will be doing Game Demo Booths. These are for GAMES ONLY, and you must be the designer or producer of the games being presented. No other products will be allowed for sale at these booths.

.

Vending setup will be available Friday morning, April 25th, but there is a potential we can have access on Thursday. We will email you closer to the convention with final details.

.

If you have any questions or special requests, then please feel free to send an email to me (the Vendor Coordinator) at themightymeeple@gmail.com

Thanks!
