Announcing LeanderCon 2026!

We are very pleased to be hosting this event for the fifth year in a row!

We listened to all the feedback about the VFW from last year, so this year, we'll be in a new location - ParqSocial in Cedar Park. This venue is much larger, quieter, and closer to better food options. We've had to sacrifice the Sunday morning of the con, but we've expanded Thursday to be all day, and we think the upgrade in quality makes up for the extra bit of time. We can also now support up to 200 people at the event, so please help us spread the word!

Badges and Events

Badges are on sale now!!

We have special Early Bird pricing through the end of December 2025, after which we'll switch to standard pricing. Then, we'll move to late bird pricing in April as we get closer to the event. Here's the breakdown:

Through December 31, 2025: Full Con $50 - Day passes $25

January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026: Full Con $60 - Day passes $30

April 1, 2026 through the Con: Full Con $75 - Day passes $40

Once you have purchased a badge, you can submit events for us to fit into the schedule. If there's a game or games you absolutely know you want to get played at the convention, please submit an event ahead of time. Once submitted, a mod will have to approve and assign you a table, so it may take a day or two to get it on the actual schedule. Let us know if you need any support doing so.

Sponsorships

This year, we are again seeking some sponsorships. ff you're interested, please reach out to us at leanderbga@gmail.com

All sponsorships come with a full convention badge and, if you are a business owner or representative, multiple opportunities to highlight your contribution to the event.

Prototypes

If you are a game designer, feel free to list any prototypes you plan to bring under the Prototypes section of the site. You can also schedule playtests as events to get some good feedback from other players/attendees. We had several folks (including me!) do this last year, and it turned out great!

Merch

We will have merch available - t-shirts designed by one of the hosts' daughters! This year, we let the community vote on the design. Looks like this year's con will be super!
