Sponsorship Opportunities

January 5-6, 2019

Thanks so much for considering sponsorship of our grassroots board gaming convention! We’ve outlined several support opportunities below, so please feel free to pick and choose one or more options that work best for you. Anything you’re able to contribute to the cause is greatly appreciated – not only by us, who are funding this operation out of our own pockets, but most importantly by the gaming community who will enjoy our event!

• GAME/MERCH DONATIONS: 
We will be holding several giveaways over the course of the weekend (at least one each day to give one-day badge holders an opportunity to win something). We will also be hosting several mini-tournaments with titles such as 7 Wonders Duel and Love Letter. Any games (or gaming-related accessories) you can contribute as prizes for these events would be greatly appreciated! Suggested donation is a total retail value between $50-200, but all donations are gladly accepted! Includes:
  • Mentions in all announcements and shout-outs made at the event
  • Mentions in any printed materials, social media posts/ads, and on our event website.


• EXHIBITOR BOOTH: Host a booth and sell your gaming-related merchandise to our guests! Suggested contribution for a first-year spot is $75 and includes:
  • Two badges for the full weekend
  • Mentions in all announcements and thank-yous made at the event
  • Mentions in any printed materials, social media posts/ads, and on our event website.


• CONVENTION SPONSORSHIP: 
We will feature your name & logo prominently on our event programs, venue maps, social media posts/ads, website, and con T-shirts! Suggested contribution amount is $250-500 depending on what extra permanent signage you’d like to help fund. (We’ll continue using it for years to come!)
 Also includes:
  • Two badges for the full weekend
  • Prominently-featured mentions and top-tier thanks during all announcements and thank-yous made at the event
  • The opportunity to be printed on other materials as sponsorship funding allows, such as individual table signage, event banners, and more

• SPECIAL DISCOUNT: 
Offer a special convention-only discount/coupon to all attendees!
 Suggested contribution of $25.
