Each exhibitor set up hours start Thursday afternoon, and the floor closes on Sunday. Setup and teardown are at the direction of the convention manager.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, HMGS-South at Hurricon and our host hotel have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID19, such as wearing a facemask in all public places, increased cleaning, and moving all consumption of food outside the show.

Masks are not required in hotel rooms and dining areas when seated. If a mask needs to be lowered, please step away from others.

By entering upon the premises, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk, and agree to the requirements of wearing a mask in all public spaces and following the instructions of the convention and hotel staff.

By entering upon the premises, I agree to Hold Harmless HMGS South, Inc., and its directors and agents for any harm caused to me through the contraction of COVID19 or as a result of any treatment I may receive.

I accept all risks for my attendance at Hurricon 2021.
