Please plan to join us for Historicon 2026 from July 15th to 19th.

Convention Badge and Merchandise Sales are open

Attendee Registration

Badge sales opened on May 12th (complimentary badges, e.g., volunteer, game host, etc., will be available by May 22nd).

Pre-registration will CLOSE on Tuesday, July 14th at 6:00pm Eastern.

We've created a short overview on how to register for Badges, Tickets, & Merchandise. You MUST complete the Check Out process when adding Tickets or Merch to your Badge. If you only add them to your Cart, they will disappear after 2 hours.

To get HMGS Member pricing you MUST access Badge sales via the "HC26 Member Badges" page on the Member Portal, so that we can verify your Membership. You must be logged in to the Portal to access this page.

For non-Member Badge sales, there is a "Get/View Your Badge" item in the "Attend" dropdown menu.

Youth (18 & under) and Non-Playing Partner badges can only be added to a paid (or complimentary) Badge, so the links to add those are in the "Badge Verified" confirmation email you will receive.

The Historicon 2026 t-shirt is available (in Loyalist red or Rebel blue) for purchase here, through TR Historical.  Purchased shirts can be picked up at the TR Historical booth at the show, or delivered to you (for a shipping fee).

Event Submission

Submission of Events (e.g., games, seminars, etc.) will open on March 2nd.

Scheduled Events can be viewed by clicking the "Events Schedule" item on the dropdown menu under "Attend" - we expect everything to be Scheduled by late May.

In the Schedule of Events, you can hover over the "i" to get the first few words of the session description, or click on the session "Name" to bring up the full details of the session.

Approved - but un-Scheduled - Events are only visible to the Event Host and the administrators.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration will open March 2nd.

To view a larger Exhibit Hall image, select Venue under Attend, and then select "Exhibit Hall" from the dropdown.

Volunteer Registration

Volunteer registration will open on March 30th. Click on the Volunteer item in the top menu (when it is available).
