Her domain made him long for the Liar's Nights of his childhood and he introduced the holiday to Harvest. Feeling this holiday was tailor-made for them, the residents became obsessed, especially with the candy, and began to celebrate it without ceasing. When Jean Luc was unable to produce any more candy, he was labeled a Cheat, and imprisoned. One who owes him a debt is engaging the services of the party (by the most fey means possible) to venture into Harvest and make an attempt to free him.
