GSGC 2026 is ready for a new adventure!

• New Dates & Only TWO DAYS: June 27 - June 28, 2026: Fridays have historically been a hard day to get people in the door, especially since it doesn't get busy until the late evening. We've decided to stick to just 2 days this year, and focus on bringing you more events and a better schedule for your Saturday and Sunday!

• New Venue: We're moving to Caldwell, ID! Expo Idaho has been good to us these last few years but it's also always had its challenges, so we're excited to be moving out to The Center at the Canyon County Fairgrounds this year! Its expo hall is slightly larger, we have access to more parking, several meeting rooms, an actual lobby, and outdoor space -- which we hope to put to use this summer!

• New Events: Two days also allows us to cram the schedule with more, and better, events! Before this, we relied on hardcore gamers like yourselves hosting most of the events on the schedule. Now, we're working with staff members, volunteers, gaming groups, and local leaders to jam-pack the schedule with all sorts of demos, activities, and workshops to keep you busy in your downtime! From TCG's, miniatures, rpg's, board games, and more -- there truly will be something for everyone this year!

• New Badges: Of course, one less day means different badge prices! We had some major hiccups last year, but we've taken strides to avoid that. When badges go on sale, you'll see new prices and new perks. Plus -- this year, we're offering an Early Bird Discount!

Event Applications Are Open!

Please submit your events for this year! If you'd like to host a Learn to Play demo or get a group together for a game, this is where you'll submit the event details!

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT EVENTS IS MAY 31st, 2026! Please submit your events BEFORE the deadline so that we can add them to our full event programming!

Vendor & Exhibitor Applications Are Open!

We know our Vendor Hall hasn't been the most lucrative for all of our vendors -- so we're doing something different this year! More information on this soon!
