GrandCon Registration

Save yourself time by purchasing badges online, merchandise and event tickets prior to the 2025 show. As a badge holder you gain free access to the GrandCon Games Library. Our library contains over 2500 plus unique playable games.

Mask Up 2025: It's not a requirement, but we will of course respect any attendees that wish to wear a mask during GrandCon.

You've done it! - badges, merchandise, and event tickets will be available for pickup at our registration area during its open hours.

Special Note: We will have registration open Thursday late afternoon for those that preordered to pickup their badges and merch ahead of time.

2025 VIG LEVEL 1 Badge limited quantity. This badge allows you early line access, early event signup, an ice cream social with the show owner and guests, a GrandCon tee, keychain, and collectors die, tote bag, and a couple of gaming goodies.

MULTIPASS

Make it a double header: Attend two fantastic conventions with the purchase of a discounted 3-Day Multi-Pass badge. GrandCon 2025 next Labor Day Weekend, and Breakout (Toronto, Ontario) in March 2025. Plan now, and play later!

Game Masters GMs (game masters) are knowledgeable teachers of games. GMs show newcomers how to play classic games up to including the hottest titles, offering unique and often rare experiences. Every GM ran event adds another way to have fun at the show. Do you need a special certification to be a GM? No. All you need is the willingness to teach a game you love to others. If you GM enough hours with your games, your badge will refunded minus processing fees!

Note: Prototypes and unpublished, some self-published games, and the VIG badges will not qualify you for earn hours toward a Game Masters badge.

Friendly badge service may be made in advance. We understand that there are a select few that may not be able to pick up there badges prior to the close of registration. When this should arise, you may make arrangements to have your items picked up by a family member or friend with approved authorization. Send us a request, and type “Friendly Badge Service Request" in the subject line, and wait for further instructions. Link to contact us

LOST AND MISPLACED BADGES Badges can be re-purchased at registration onsite. GrandCon does not replace lost, stolen, or forgotten badges and/or paid event tickets. Please be responsible with your convention materials. Lost, stolen, or forgotten items can be repurchased at full cost (if available). It is recommended you check with the GrandCon registration desk to see if your materials have been turned in to the Lost and Found before buying new materials. GrandCon assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or forgotten materials.

Event tickets to purchase will be available starting late July to early August - so make sure to mark it on your calendars. Also, check out the merchandise page where you can find some sweet items to purchase. All items will be made available for pickup at the registration kiosk during your time of checkin.
