Game Hosts Needed!

Calling all gamers — we need your help! Game hosts (a.k.a. "game masters") are the backbone of any game convention. These volunteers willingly share their love of gaming with other attendees and help us all have a great time!

If you would like to run a game at the convention, please fill out this Google form:

Game Signups

Some facilitated games (board games, role playing games, etc.) will be available to signup for prior to the convention, with sign-up forms coming online in late Sept. and October. The number of games available will depend on how many game masters volunteer to facilitate. Other games and activities (like a Bubble Pop Tournament) will be available signup on the day of the convention. Attendees will also have the option to join drop-in games.

VIP Game Party Friday Night

If you have a VIP badge, you will be invited to attend the VIP pre-convention party at the game library (in Foothills Mall) on Friday, November 6 from 6-8pm. This event will include drinks (including beer and wine for 21+), snacks, and a facilitated social deduction game called Blood on the Clocktower (limited to the first 20 people to sign up). Additional info about the VIP event will be available soon!

Local Game Designers

Extensive Library of Games Available

This convention will take place in the huge hallway area outside the Toy, Game, and Puzzle Library, which has 1,000+ toys, games, and puzzles. Attendees can play any of the library's games while at the convention.
