The convention relies on the generosity, time, and creativity of volunteers like you.

If you are running game sessions during the event, you are eligible to receive raffle tickets as a token of our appreciation for being part of the FlatCon lineup.

Host Participation Process

1. Purchase a badge for the days you plan to attend.
2. Register the events you plan to run.
3. After completing your final session, visit the registration desk and inform staff that you have finished hosting. You will receive 15 raffle tickets per game, with a maximum of 45 tickets.
