THANK YOU for volunteering to help at FlatCon! The con can’t go on without people who generously give their time to help out in various aspects of the event. We can always use help running concessions, the registration desk, the game library, set up and tear down, and other areas.

If you’re volunteering to help in two or more slots at the con, you qualify to have your badge reimbursed. (And you get a free shirt!)

Our Process

1. Buy a badge for the days you intend to attend.
2. Select at least two shifts/stations you’d like to volunteer at. (Use the "Available Shifts" link in the Volunteer menu above.
3. Once you have completed your last shift, head to the registration desk and let them know that you’ve finished and they will reverse that charge. (We cannot reverse the “convenience fee” Tabletop.Events charges unfortunately.)
