  EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

Evergreen Tabletop Expo is pleased to announce we will be having the Evergreen Tabletop Expo Saturday June 4th and 5th at the Seattle Marriott Redmond.

(Location: Redmond Town Center, 7401 164th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052)

Evergreen Tabletop Expo is a unique celebration of everything people love about the tabletop industry.

Setup/Breakdown Set up will be Saturday June 4th 8:00AM Tables will be provided without covering. Exhibitor Hall will be open to the public 9:00AM-11:00PM. Exhibitors agree to remain set up until 5:00PM on Sunday, June 5th. Exhibitor space must be broken down by 6:00 PM Sunday."

Liability Promoter and the Seattle Marriott Redmond are not liable for you or your possessions. Exhibitors accept full liability; Evergreen Tabletop Expo takes no responsibility for injury, loss, or theft. Exhibitors are responsible to obtain their own liability insurance. ETX strives to be inclusive to all gamers – all articles on display must be all-ages appropriate.

Subletting Space Subletting exhibitor space is not permitted Exhibitors must purchase space directly from Evergreen Tabletop Expo.

Application Guidelines: Additional terms and conditions will be provided to all exhibitors regarding rules.

Taxes Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of any applicable Washington State Sales Taxes or any other taxes. To obtain a temporary tax number call (800) 647-7706.
