Using the Activity Genie

Use the categories below to search for events by day or by type. Once you find the specific event you're looking for, click on it for more information. Once activity scheduling has signed up, you can also sign up for the event by clicking on the Buy/Get green button to the left of each event listing.

Activities for which you've signed up, as well as the activities of other campers you've friended on Tabletop.Events, can be found on the My Schedule page.

Is the activity you want full? Make sure you're putting your name on the waiting list. You'll be notified if slots open up in that activity, and also helps us determine what's popular.

Liking Activities

If there are particular activities you want to keep an eye on, one handy way to separate them out from the other is to like them. Next to the names of all activities on the Schedule of Events page, you will see a checkmark; click on it to like it. You can then sort on just those activities you've liked.

Submitting Activities

NOTE: The below link is not yet open. Please check back later closer to the start of activity registration.

Interested in submitting an event of your own? Our staff will review your proposal, and if approved, we'll add it to the schedule for others to sign up!

Removing Activities

You should be able to remove an activity from your schedule ahead of camp on your own, but if you cannot, please reach out and one of our admins will process the removal and refund the cost of the activity, if applicable.*

*Activity prices listed are subject to additional Tabletop.Events and Stripe processing fees. Epic Nerd Camp cannot process refunds on any processing fees levied by either Tabletop.Events or Stripe, the credit card processor.
