The Savoia Cavalleria was one of two Italian cavalry regiments committed to the defense of the Don River line as the Axis advance into Russia reached its limits in the late summer of 1942. In August the Savoia was attacked a Soviet infantry regiment, launching the last great cavalry charge in the history of warfare. Rapid Fire Reloaded rules, 1/72 scale figures.
