Confidentiality Policy:
In addition to providing a way for participants to report any issue confidentially – we also will only disclose information about the issue and the investigation to necessary parties. The report, whether submitted anonymously or not, will not be shared outside of administrative staff and only for the purpose of remedying the situation. Beyond that, only the parties directly involved (any reported perpetrator if given in the report and, at the choice of the individual reporting, the reporter), will be contacted as needed.
Administrative Actions:
After any necessary investigation, possible actions range from removal of players from a table/game for discussion and correction of inappropriate behaviors to being asked to leave the event. The removal may be temporary for less severe infractions or permanent for more severe interactions. Any criminal behavior will be reported to the appropriate authorities with the consent of any target of this behavior.
Other Notes on Good Sportsmanship:
While separate from the severity of the above listed safety violations, we still request all participants practice good sportsmanship to ensure an enjoyable time for everyone at the table.
· Please follow the DMs lead - avoid arguing with the DM or other players over rules.
· Let other players speak, and avoid talking over others. Please avoid excessive unrelated conversation, which can be disruptive.
· Please be mindful of allowing other players to get attention from the DM.
· Please avoid phone conversations at the table. It is best to excuse yourself from the table if you must take a call to avoid disrupting others.strong text
