Thank you for showing interest in becoming a exhibitor at Den Con! Below you will find the basic information regarding our artist alley tables for the event. Please read all of our terms below.

Price

The price for a Exhibitor table is $50 for the entire weekend.

Event Setup/Take Down

Setup - Thursday 4pm to 7pm or Friday from 9am to 1pm

Take Down - Sunday after 6pm

Table Info

Each Exhibitor will be given a 6ft table and 2 chairs.

Product Options

Only approved product stated in your application can be sold during the event. Please ensure to be detailed so there is no confusion.

Appropriate Material

Newport on the Levee is a public, family friendly space and we want to ensure that product being sold is appropriate. Please refrain from having anything with nudity, vulgar, or political references displayed. The convention owners have the right to state what they deem is inappropriate. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to email us any questions.

Security/After Hours

Show has 24 hours security patrol/video cameras and will be monitoring vendor space after hours to ensure area is kept safe.

Money Collection/Taxes

Each vendor is required to manage their own collection of funds and report taxes.

Refund Policy:

Before Sept 1st 2022 - 75% refund

No refunds after Sept 1
