Deceptathon 2025

Ultimate Werewolf Michiana would like to welcome you to join us to the first ever Deceptathon

Deceptathon is a full 24-hour event starting on Friday, November 21st at 6pm, and ends one full day later!

The location is at The Well Coffee House (2410 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, IN). There is street parking all around the area.

This is a fundraiser for Ultimate Werewolf Michiana, so the ticket cost and any other donations goes straight back to making our events even better for you!

Come play your favorite social deduction games all day with experienced game moderators and storytellers, while also helping raise funds for our nonprofit!

Blood on the Clocktower and Ultimate Werewolf will of course be played most of the time, as well as a host of others from our library!

There are four different badge types:

Villager: Access to Deceptathon for 24 hours (Friday 6pm to Saturday 6pm)

Insomniac: Access to Deceptathon for 30 hours (Friday 6pm to Midnight Sat/Sun)

Empath: Same as Insomniac + $5 Donation to our nonprofit, Ultimate Werewolf Michiana

Magician: Saturday access only from 9am-6pm

You do NOT need to have played any of the games before, our team of volunteers will gladly help teach the game to all newcomers!

This event is open for all ages 8+ Due to this being an overnight event, minors must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian from 12am-9am

There will be a play-to-win library of games courtesy of Double Exposure Envoy and Tuesday Knight Games that will have a selection (TBD) of games that you can go home with! You do NOT need to win during a game session to win the game, you just need to play for a chance to win.

EVENTS We currently have a basic schedule in the events section that shows the types of games we plan on hosting.. this is NOT a final schedule! The final schedule of events and games being hosted will be completed closer to the date.

FOOD We currently are looking in to food/drink options for the event. More details will be announced in the near future. From 6pm-10pm on Friday, The Well will be open for normal hours! Grab your drinks (both coffee and non-coffee are available) and smaller snacks then! They will also be open for us on Saturday from 8am-Noon.

After Deceptathon Party Deceptathon runs until 6pm on Saturday, however, if you feel like you want to spend Saturday afternoon continuing to play your favorite games with us, then join us! We plan on having special programming, including a script contest/tournament for Blood on the Clocktower, special games of Ultimate Werewolf, and more!
