Welcome to Crown City Con, the only multi-genre tabletop gaming convention in Central NY. Join us at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, on the banks of the Tioughnioga River in Cortland, NY, for a full weekend of gaming.

Whether it’s roleplaying, board gaming, war gaming, card gaming, or anything else, we are dedicated to serving you a weekend long slice of gaming goodness!

Registration

There are two ways to register for Crown City Con: at the door, or pre-register online beforehand. Pre-Registration is as simple as clicking on the "Attend" tab above to get your badge before 8 pm on September 12th. After that, it's at-the-door pricing only.

Why Pre-Register?

1. Buy your badge before the con and save some money. Pre-Registration badges are 20% cheaper than at-the-door prices. That's $10 less for Adults!
2. Sign up online for events as soon as they are submitted and approved. Once the con opens, you will only be able to attend events that have space remaining.
3. Save time at registration. We'll have your badge and event tickets printed out and ready to go. Just pick them up and start gaming.
4. Did we mention it was cheaper? Buy early and save your money for caffeine and sugary snacks!

Badges and Tickets

A badge is booth proof of admission to the convention and your name tag. Badges should be worn at all times while at Crown City Con, and must be produced upon request by convention staff.

A ticket represents a reserved seat in a particular game or event. Wait-listed attendees will be seated at the GM's discretion. Crown City Con uses an all-inclusive pricing model and your only cost to attend is buying a badge. For this reason, all ticket prices are set to $0.

Event Submission

We are looking for Game Masters (GMs) to run a variety of games and events. Click on the "Host" tab above to submit events. Submit early for best chance of approval. Earn a free Weekend Pass for running 4 or more hours of games or events.

Volunteers Needed

Help make Crown City Con the best con possible. Assist us with setting-up and tearing-down the venue, manning the registration desk, merchandise sales, running special events, and other tasks.
